Yes, all guests of the festival get a special discounted group rate which includes your accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will be receiving an email that contains the hotel booking link specifically for House of Ra guests 24-48 hours after purchasing your ticket. Please do NOT book through Expedia or the Hotels Website directly, as we have a block of rooms set aside specially for our guests.

Absolutely! Most of our guests travel SOLO as it gives them an opportunity for self-love, and they get to bond with other soul family members and make life-long connections. You are in very loving and safe hands.

You can choose from SINGLE or DOUBLE rooms, as well as Jr. SUITES.

Simply choose the number of Adults (and children) at the top of the booking link page, based on whether you want a SINGLE room, or a DOUBLE room and you will see all suitable options.

Single room – 200 EUR per room per night  (for 1 ticketed guest)
Double / twin room – 270 EUR per room per night (for 2 ticketed guests)
Junior suite single use – 400 EUR per room per night

Executive suite single use – 750 EUR per room per night
Executive suite double use – 820 EUR per room per night (max occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children regardless of age)

Yes, most of the options provided will be vegan and vegetarian with some non-vegan options available as well.

Tickets for the New Earth Music Festival include the FULL PROGRAM for December 29 – January 3. 5D Workshops, Sacred Angelic Ceremony, Daily Wellness programs and yoga, Quantum Metatronic Group Healings with EldoRa & Siman, Galactic Dance Parties, Ecstatic dance, and MORE! This is a fully immersive FESTIVAL experience.

Yes, every participant is asked to bring a bag or two of finger-size Quartz Crystals (approx 25-50 crystals, based on the size). We will be charging these up with the powerful intentions and frequencies of the sacred container we are creating.

Children aged 7-16 years old fall under the category of a youth ticket, which can be purchased from the ticket page. Children have to be accompanied by an adult guardian who also has a ticket to the Festival.

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV).

Yes. Extra nights at the Palace are available at the same discounted rate for 3 days pre/post stay. If you would like to extend your stay by arriving early/ departing later, these nights can easily be added through the booking link that we will send you once you purchase your ticket. 

Ideal arrival date/time is around 1 pm on December 28th (1 day before the Festival starts to rest, decompress and connect with soulfam). We also suggest that you stay at least 1-2 day after the festival and depart on Jan 4th or 5th to allow yourself integration time before traveling home. For those who are unable to stay longer, you can plan to leave on Jan 3rd in an evening flight (our program ends around 2 pm).

You are responsible for your own transport from Dubrovnik airport to the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel. You can take a cab (and perhaps share with others arriving at that time from soulfamily) from the airport, and the commute time is approx 30 minutes.

We will be starting a telegram chat for SoulFam who purchase tickets to New Earth Music Festival CROATIA, so you will be able to coordinate roommate arrangements, if desired, as well as get to know one another before arriving in Croatia! You are fully responsible to sort through any and all details, and we do not take any responsibility in pairing you up or anything else in this regard.

All House of RA ticket sales are final and fully transferable. NO refunds. The Palace Hotel’s cancellation policy can be found here.

No. In order to maintain the sacredness of this container and avoid chaotic energies coming in and out, we are MANDATING that all participants reside at the Palace (and not elsewhere). We have a variety of room types available for our guests to fit most budgets.

While children age 7 and up may join the New Earth Festival by House of RA, activities are not tailored specifically towards children. We will have SOME sessions catered towards the younger starseeds, who will also benefit tremendously from absorbing the high frequencies of this Sacred Container. 

Yes, all rooms have their own private bathrooms, and modern showers.

No, this event is NOT wheelchair accessible. 

December and January are slightly colder months in Croatia. The Sun is still out, and there’s no wind so expect fall weather 🙂 Bring layers so that you can adjust as needed. Bring pure WHITE clothes for the ceremony. For the New Years Eve party, bring your God/Goddess wear! EGYPT/ ATLANTIS theme clothes/costume!!  For the Arcturian Mothership Party, the theme is EXTRATERRESTRIAL gear.
